i thought the problem was she missed 2 out of 8 and got 80%. i think that's incorrect too. missing 2 out of 10 would be 80 percent. but maybe some things were worth more points or whatever.
As a former elementary school teacher, who also loves teaching math, I would definitely meet with the teacher to have her grade fixed. She wrote the correct answer for problem #1, it's just the number is transposed. You have to be an advocate for your child, so speak up.

AH yes - the percent is deceiving. There are two story problems on the back of the paper making 10 questions total.
