Decorating the tree was a disaster. All three kids spent the day with a serious case of the whines and no good naps. By the time tree decorating came around, they were shriveling messes of tears and tantrums. Still though, we stuck it out. This is the end result. As with any good tree decorated by small children - the ornaments are all clumped on the front and on the bottom and the top is bare. Didn't they do a great job?

Ours has a chair and coffee table in front of it, and bells at the bottom so we know if Stephen worked his way to the tree. The gate looks great! All it needs is a little tinsel...
